Interpretation

The Full Healing Cycle is a two-step Healing Code protocol: coherence first, instruction second. The body must first be calmed (864) before it can receive and integrate a new directive (3248). This is not affirmation — it is decree. Not asking the universe but declaring to the field.

Distinct from 3214: The author explicitly approved that 3248 (Healing Code) and 3214 (Clearing Code, "Pain Dissolver") are separate VECs.
